Study Area
Jiggy will bring her considerable experience in corporate social responsibility to production agriculture, examining the scope to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from individual farms.
Her study will be predominantly based upon four individual case studies and will demonstrate the scope to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at farm level . Using CALM (Carbon Accounting for Land Managers), a carbon calculator tool developed by the CLA, she will compare levels of emissions under current practice with those that might be achieved under different "Carbon Stewardship" scenarios.
